We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The service was outstanding, with staff always happy to help. The Spa & wellness centre was breathtaking, with a sauna and swimming pool that exceeded our expectations. The room advantages were truly exclusive, with private facilities that we enjoyed. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent, with delicious breakfast served daily. We were blown away by the beautiful location advantages, with stunning views from every corner of the venue.

Whilst there were many positive aspects, we did experience one minor issue - the room was not cleaned to our satisfaction on arrival. However, the staff was quick to resolve this when we brought it to their attention.

The resort is relatively new and compared with next door's hotel much more atractive. Ideal location for quiet and relaxing break. Nice, calm sandy beach. If possible, book with shared pool to enjoy swimming immediately at your room. (We changed to it during our stay). Staff is very friendly and supportive. Breakfast, buffet dinner and a la carte restaurant more than good and with enough choice (and with right desctription tags :)). It is a quiet resort and you will certainly not be disturbed by people/cars/bars making noise in the evening or at night. Hotel took care of complimentary transport to the airport during taxi strike, great service.

For us no real downsides regarding this resort. It was what we expected and required. The hotel is located in a remote area, and the nearest village, Kardamena, is not very apealing. For older childeren or young people there is not much to do besides the beach. Do not expect thrilling night life.

Located in 2 km from aquatica water park. Fantastic hospitality from the management. Free WiFi was handy.

Wonderful hotel, not so far away from Kardamena. Amazing pools, nice beach, friendly staff. You are welcomed by a warm chocolate cookie at the reception when you arrive, such small things is what makes the whole impression! Nice, sandy beach, good food at the restaurant, fantastic breakfast. Very relaxing and beautiful place!

Too many english teenagers in Kardamena, drinking and having fun until they get sick. But that is not really hotels fault, right?

Beach was nice, cocktails were enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The buffet was very repetitive and lukewarm. The hotel lacked some basic amenities and little extras.

One must is to try the Olive Cheesecake available on the dinner menu at the beach restaurant!

even though it was a very short stay it was very impressive the staff were lovely and we were given an upgrade to apoolside room. we didn't get to enjoy it much, but we will definiteley stay there again without a doubt.

The views and the beach

Room could not be darkened due to small windows in the vaulted ceilings. Dining room and self service area is extremely badly organised.The toaster was useless.Always waiting to be seated. Food is not very good at all and very few vegetables! This hotel is not worthy of the hilton brand.
